Review the QiyuTech returns and refunds policy for wholesale orders, approved return handling, and issue reporting.
General Return Position
Because QiyuTech supplies wholesale product for business purchasing, returns are not automatically accepted after shipment or delivery.
Any return, replacement, credit, or refund review requires prior written approval from QiyuTech.
Reporting Order Issues
If a shipment is incomplete, materially incorrect, or arrives with clear transit damage, the buyer should contact QiyuTech promptly with order details, delivery information, and supporting photographs when available.
Refund or Credit Determination
Any approved refund, replacement, or account credit will be determined by QiyuTech after review of the order record, reported issue, supporting evidence, and product condition where applicable.
